Eleven name words in three blocks, three more in one
Two clauses pick the characters. The first looks for one of eleven words in the Unicode name:
- SUN, CLOUD and RAIN
- SNOW and SNOWFLAKE
- THUNDERSTORM, FOG and FOGGY
- TORNADO, CYCLONE and RAINBOW
The second looks for SNOWMAN, UMBRELLA or LIGHTNING. The first clause holds its words to the blocks Miscellaneous Symbols, Dingbats and Miscellaneous Symbols and Pictographs, and the second to Miscellaneous Symbols alone.
SNOWMAN and SNOW are two different words to the rule, so U+26C7 BLACK SNOWMAN is here by the second clause, which brings five characters that the first does not; four of them are listed. 32 characters meet one clause or both.
